So Now What?
I’ll be a little more specific…it’s your consistent emotions (which fuel your actions) that shape your life.
Would you agree that embodying the emotion of anger and frustration will lead to different actions than the emotions of happiness and gratitude?
Is your daily and weekly emotional output attracting or repelling people, happiness and joy? Is the way you react to the circumstances and situation in your life creating peace or drama?
You must take control of your consistent emotions if you want to create your dream life. Consistent angry emotions are not going to create a life of happiness.
Here is the good news: it’s your choice if you want to take control of your emotional output. It will take effort and practice to stop the emotional train you are currently on and hop onto an emotional train more to your liking. But it can be done.
Start with 15 minutes a day quieting your mind and “watching” your breath in meditation.
