Are You Worthy Or Not?

Inspiration of the Day

“Accepting our worthiness is a challenge for many of us and one we have been working on for a long time. One of the reasons we never seem to master it is because we’re working too hard at it.

“You can never work hard enough to prove yourself worthy because you already are worthy.”

Cyndi Dale
Author of The Subtle Body: An Encyclopedia of Your Energetic Anatomy.

So Now What?

Here is the big secret about worthiness. You can’t earn it, work for it, have it given to you, or buy it. You are not required to do anything.

And that is because you already are worthy. There is nothing you need to do. It’s as if you’re sitting in a bright yellow Mustang convertible wishing you were sitting in a bright yellow Mustang convertible. Awareness is the key not worthiness.

Read all the books you want to on worthiness, go to all the workshops, go talk to a therapist all you want, you are worthy right now because you are that amazing and worthwhile. You just need to remove your blinders.

Just because your window is dirty doesn’t mean the beauty view isn’t there. You already are worthy. Therefore, you can’t earn or work for worthiness.

You must stop hoping that one day you will be worthy of love and you must start knowing and experiencing your worthiness. You have to accept that you already have it in your possession.

If a dear, close friend came to you and said that they weren’t worthy of love what would you say? Or maybe your child, husband or wife, or a close family member? You’d talk to them until they understood without a doubt that they were worthy. Am I right?

And the next day if their disbelief and skepticism about their worthiness came back you’d spend more time talking with them and working through their issues. Right?

Well, let me point out that if they are worthy just because they are, then that means you are worthy just because you are. However, you may come up with excuses as to why you are not. But guess what? Just as you wouldn’t let your friend or family member get away with excuses you can’t either.

To uncover the worthiness and love you are already in possession of you need to forgive yourself. You need to learn to love yourself. This is your work.

You are good and wonderful already. I see it and everyone else sees it too. Now it’s your turn.

Stay Amazing!!!
